Abstract:
A urine cascade processing system based on agriculture and forest waste-sourced activated carbon, comprising a double-tank series device and a water storage reservoir. An inlet of the double-tank series device is connected to a urine discharge port of a toilet, and an outlet of the double-tank series device is connected to the water storage reservoir. The double-tank series device comprises a biomass tank and a multi-layer carbon tank which are sequentially provided in a urine processing direction. A biomass is stored in the biomass tank and is used for primary adsorption for urine, and a plurality of layers of activated carbon are provided in the multi-layer carbon tank and are used for secondary adsorption for the urine. The urine adsorbed and purified by the double-tank series device is collected in the water storage reservoir. The raw material of the activated carbon is from the biomass, in the biomass tank, that is soaked with urine. The system comprehensively utilizes agricultural and forest biomass and activated carbon obtained by the pyrolysis of biomass that has adsorbed urine to process urine, and can implement recycling in combination with collected rainwater, thereby achieving the purpose of self-supplying water. Upon saturated adsorption, the activated carbon is taken out as a biochar-based slow-release fertilizer.
