Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a composition for inducing sleep or alleviating sleep disorders, the composition containing a natural ingredient as an active ingredient, and more specifically to a composition for inducing sleep or alleviating sleep disorders, the composition containing a natural ingredient as an active ingredient and thus having an excellent sleep-inducing or sleep disorder-alleviating effect without the side effects caused by synthetic drugs. The composition, containing a natural ingredient as an active ingredient, for inducing sleep or alleviating sleep disorders according to the present invention has an excellent sleep-inducing effect due to reducing sleep latency and increasing sleep duration, as well as a sleep quality-improving effect, and can thus be effectively used to induce sleep or alleviate sleep disorders.
