Abstract:
Treatment and prevention of left ventricular hypertrophy with neutral endopeptidases such as N-[N-[(L)-[1-[(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)-methoxy]carbonyl]-2-phenylethyl]-L-phenylalanyl]-beta-alanine and N-[2-mercaptomethyl-3-(2-methylphenyl)-propioyl]-methionine are disclosed.
