Abstract:
Provided is a use of a TaNAC2 protein and an encoding gene thereof, namely, a method for improving the absorption and transportation of nitrogen by a plant and/or the efficiency of nitrogen assimilation, comprising the following steps: an encoding gene of the TaNAC2 protein as shown in SEQ ID No.4 is introduced into an initial plant so as to obtain a transgenic plant.
