Abstract:
Disclosed are the use of a two-dimensional titanium carbide nanosheet in a Raman test and a Raman test substrate and a test method. A Ti3AlC2 powder is added into an aqueous organic alkali solution, stirred and then centrifuged, to obtain a Ti3C2 nanosheet; next the Ti3C2 nanosheet is dispersed in water to form a colloidal solution; the colloidal solution is then dropped onto a non-metallic carrier to obtain the Raman test substrate; and then a compound solution is dropped onto a surface of the Raman test substrate, a Raman spectrum is then collected, and the Raman test for the compound is completed. By using an in-situ modified titanium carbide nanosheet containing aluminum oxide anions as an active carrier for the Raman test, an exceptionally sensitive but non-selective enhancement is achieved. In addition, the SERS effect of the modified titanium carbide is applicable to various different analyte molecules, including an organic dye and a trace harmful compound. The solution successfully demonstrates the feasibility of improving a SERS effect by adjusting and controlling a surface, and introduces a new window for the use of two-dimensional materials in a surface-enhanced Raman test.
