Abstract:
In a 5G system (5GS), a control process of a User Equipment (UE) and a control process of a control device in a core network are unclear when the UE moves across a public land mobile network (PLMN) and/or a non-public network (NPN). The present invention provides a communication means for transiting the state of a User Equipment (UE) to a new state, when the UE moves between public land mobile networks (PLMNs), between non-public networks (NPNs), or between a PLMN and an NPN, in a 5G system (5GS). The present invention also provides a communication means for releasing a limitation on the UE performed by a control device in a core network, when the UE moves between the PLMNs, between the NPNs, or between the PLMN and the NPN, in the 5GS.
