Abstract:
Disclosed are a user data disaster tolerance method and apparatus, a network element device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: after a UDR network element is restarted, the UDR network element sends a first message to each UDM network element in a UDM network element set, the first message being used for notifying a restart event of the UDR network element. When a UDR network element is restarted due to a fault, downtime, and other conditions, a UDM network element can learn in time that the UDR network element is restarted, and then can trigger a data synchronization process between the UDR network element and a related network element as soon as possible, thereby ensuring disaster tolerance of a user data device in a 5G core network.
