Abstract:

This user device comprises: a reception unit which receives, from a base station device, measurement setting including a condition for a measurement report to be triggered; a control unit which executes measurement on the basis of the measurement setting; and a transmission unit which transmits the measurement report to the base station device when the condition for the measurement report to be triggered is satisfied. The control unit modifies the measurement setting on the basis of at least one of a type of the user device and a parameter indicating mobility performance.
