Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to ensure appropriate communication, even if a radio frame configuration which requires feedback over a short period of time is used. The user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention is a user terminal in a system that performs communication on the basis of transmission time interval (TTI) length, and is characterized by comprising a transmitting/receiving unit that transmits and/or receives capacity information pertaining to the delay that can be supported, and a control unit that performs control so as to receive downlink radio resources and/or transmit predetermined uplink radio resources at a time interval equal to or greater than the aforementioned delay.
