Abstract:
In order to appropriately communicate UL control information in a future wireless communication system, this user terminal is characterized by having: a transmission unit for transmitting a sequence using a cyclic shift associated with an uplink control information value; and a control unit for controlling the determination of the cyclic shift associated with a specific candidate value among a plurality of candidate values for uplink control information, on the basis of a parameter communicated from a wireless base station, and controlling the determination of the cyclic shift associated with another candidate value among the plurality of candidate values on the basis of the determined cyclic shift.
