A user terminal according to the present invention comprises: a reception unit for receiving specific downlink control information (DCI) including a frequency domain resource allocation (FDRA) field; and a control unit for determining a frequency domain resource for a scheduled channel on the basis of the FDRA field. The FDRA field shows a first value representing the frequency domain resource via a resource unit comprising a plurality of resource blocks, or a second value associated with a parameter pertaining to the frequency domain resource. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, downlink control information can be properly received.
