Abstract:
Provided are a valve clamp capable of detecting a valve gripped state, and a valve clamping system. The valve clamping system comprises a pushing device and the valve clamp. The valve clamp comprises a clamp main body and a detection assembly. The clamp main body comprises a push rod, and a proximal clamping piece and a distal clamping piece which can radially expand relative to the push rod, wherein a valve holding space is formed between the proximal clamping piece and the distal clamping piece, and the proximal clamping piece and the distal clamping piece cooperate to clamp a valve tissue located in the valve holding space. The detection assembly comprises a probe, and a traction wire for driving the probe to move. The traction wire can drive insertion of the probe into the valve holding space so as to detect the gripped state of the valve tissue in the valve holding space. According to the present application, the traction wire drives the probe to move such that the probe is inserted into the valve holding space, so as to detect the gripped state of the valve tissue in the valve holding space, which is easy to operate, shortens the operation time, and improves the operation efficiency.
