Abstract:
A housing (20) having: a housing main body (21) that forms an internal space (200) inside; an inlet port (220) that connects the internal space (200) and the outside of the housing main body (21) and through which cooling water flows; and a relief port (224) that connects the internal space (200) and the outside of the housing main body (21). A relief valve (39) is provided in the relief port (224), opens and closes in accordance with a condition, and allows or cuts off connection between the internal space (200) and the housing main body (21) via the relief port (224). A valve (30) has: a valve body (31) rotatable around a rotation shaft (Axr1) inside the internal space (200); and a shaft (32) provided in the rotation shaft (Axr1). A shielding section (95) can shield the relief valve (39) such that the relief valve (39) is not visible from the inlet port (220).
