Abstract:
A valve mechanism of a compressed air driven impact tool, wherein a valve housing (131) is formed in a hollow grip part, and a main valve (132), a pilot valve (133) disposed on the inner peripheral side of the main valve (132) and supplying compressed air to a valve chamber (137), and a trigger stem (134) stored in the pilot valve (133) and cutting out the supply of compressed air to the valve chamber (137) are storably disposed in the valve housing (131), the main valve (132) and the pilot valve (133) being disposed so that the lower ends thereof face the valve chamber (137) and the bottom dead center position of the main valve (132) being set at the bottom face of the valve chamber (137).
