Abstract:
A valve opening/closing mechanism for an indoor fire hydrant for implementing the present invention includes: an angle valve member (110) in which a handle body (135) is installed to lift or lower a valve sheet (131) between an inlet (1112) and an outlet (113); a valve opening/closing member (130) including a valve rod (133) and a packing (132), the valve rod being rotatably screw-coupled to a support boss (114) protruding toward the valve sheet (131) within the angle valve member (110) and moving vertically upward or downward according to the rotation of the handle body (135), the packing being coupled to the lower end of the valve rod (133); and a handle member (150) provided to enable application of an external force to the handle body (135) so that the angle valve member (110) can be opened by the lifting or lowering of the valve sheet (131).
