Abstract:
A valve surface treatment apparatus, relating to the technical field of valve surface treatment. The valve surface treatment apparatus comprises a base. A motor is fixedly mounted in the center of the bottom of the base by means of a fixing frame, and a cylinder is fixedly mounted on the top of the base, a rotation mechanism being arranged on the lower end of the cylinder, and a dust sucking mechanism being arranged on the lower end of the cylinder. The cylinder comprises air intakes, air outlets, a dust blocking plate and a cover, the air intakes being provided in the left and right sides of the lower end of the cylinder, the air outlets being provided in the left and right sides of the upper end of the cylinder, the dust blocking plate being fixedly mounted on the upper end of the inner side of the cylinder, and the dust blocking plate being located at the lower end of the air intakes. The present valve surface treatment apparatus is provided with a rotation mechanism and a dust sucking mechanism, causing a coating on the outside of a valve to be rapidly dried, and preventing dust falling in the air from adhering to the coating and creating protrusions when the coating dries, impacting product yield.
