Abstract:
Pins (5A, 5B) are provided in a space where the distance in the radial direction between the inner-circumferential surface (1a) of a case (1) and the tip end surface (3a) of a vane (3A) increases from less than the diameter of the pins (5A, 5B) to greater than said diameter in a direction toward the securing part (4A) of the plate spring (4). The plate spring (4) biases the pins (5A, 5B).
