Abstract:
A vapor chamber body sheet according to the present invention comprises a first body surface, a second body surface provided on the reverse side from the first body surface, and a through space that extends from the first body surface to the second body surface. The through space extends in a first direction in a plan view. When viewed in a cross section perpendicular to the first direction, the through space has a first opening positioned on the first body surface and a second opening positioned on the second body surface. The second opening extends from a region that, in a plan view, overlaps the first opening to a position that, in a plan view, overlaps a first groove.
