Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition comprising (A) catechin and (B) procyanidin B3, the composition being characterized in that the mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of the content of the component (A) to the content of the component (B) in the composition is 0.60 to 15 inclusive. The composition according to the present invention has excellent vascular flexibility improving action, vascular endothelial function improving action, blood flow improving action, and platelet aggregation inhibitory action, and can be used as a vascular flexibility improving composition, a vascular endothelial function improving composition, a blood flow improving composition, and a platelet aggregation inhibitory composition.
