Abstract:
The present invention enhances the amount of a protein produced in a cell. Provided is a vector including an exogenous gene sequence that encodes a target protein expressibly linked downstream of the 3' side of a gene sequence that is upstream of the 5' side of an mRNA transcription region in an IER3 gene of a vertebrate cell, the gene sequence including a promoter region sequence.
