Provided is a vehicle body reinforcement structure such that, when load is input to a metal vehicle body constituent member, the input load can be effectively transmitted to a reinforcement member formed from a fiber-reinforced resin material. A first reinforcement (18) formed from a fiber-reinforced resin material is continuously overlapped with, and adhered to, an inner wall surface (14b) of a front wall portion (14B), an inner wall surface (14c) of an outer wall portion (14C), and an inner wall surface (14d) of a rear wall portion (14D) of an outer reinforcement (14). With the inner wall surface (14b) of the front wall portion (14B) and with the inner wall surface (14d) of the rear wall portion (14D) of the outer reinforcement (14), a pair of overlapping portions (20A, 20B) of a second reinforcement (20) is overlapped via the first reinforcement (18). The second reinforcement (20) is directly coupled with the front wall portion (14B) and the rear wall portion (14D) of the outer reinforcement (14), linking the pair of overlapping portions (20A, 20B) via a link portion (20E).
