When an arrival limit judging unit (120) has judged that an arrival sound is troublesome according
to vehicle information (brake, steering wheel operation, winker operation,
vehicle velocity, etc.) acquired by a vehicle information acquisition unit
(104), a control unit (107) performs control so that no arrival sound is generated, or
the arrival sound is stepwise varied, or the arrival sound is modified.
