Abstract:
A vehicle heat medium heating device which has greater safety from a failsafe perspective is provided. This vehicle heat medium heating device is provided with a heater, a heater case which houses the heater and internally heats a heat medium, and a heater power supply unit which supplies power to the heater, wherein a seal structure of the heater power supply unit and a heater case protection unit for protecting the heater case are provided in the heater case, the heater case protection unit is configured from a member with a higher heat resistant temperature than that of the heater case, and the seal structure is formed between the heater case protection unit and the heater case.
