Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle heat medium heating device with higher safety from a fail-safe point of view. This vehicle heat medium heating device is provided with: a heater; a heater case for housing the heater to heat a heat medium thereinside; and a heater power supply unit for supplying power to the heater, wherein a seal structure of the heater power supply unit is provided on the heater case, and the heater case is provided with a non-seal structure part having no involvement with the seal structure, and is configured from at least two types of portions having different resistance temperatures, and the non-seal structure part is formed using a portion having the lowest resistance temperature.
