Abstract:
The present invention provides a vehicle interior material wrapping device wherein a wrapping process including a process of inserting the seam allowance of a skin material into a trench of a base material and a process of thermally bonding the skin material and the base material is performed quickly and accurately, thereby minimizing the occurrence of defects, and productivity is substantially improved by unifying the wrapping process into a single process. The vehicle interior material wrapping device of the present invention comprises: a table having a mounting jig for placing an interior material having a skin material which has a seam allowance formed thereon, and which is superimposed on the surface of a base material having a trench formed thereon; a heater block installed above the interior material placed on the mounting jig of the table so as to pressurize the seam allowance of the skin material, thereby inserting same into the trench of the base material, and to apply heat to the periphery of the seam allowance such that solid adhesive is melted, thereby thermally bonding the skin material and the base material; and a pressurizing/driving mechanism installed on the table such that the heater block is moved between a pressurization position in which same is forced against the skin material and a pressurization standby position in which same is spaced apart from the skin material.
