Abstract:
This vehicle-mounted camera system has: an image capturing unit which captures images forward of a vehicle from a driver compartment of the vehicle; and a line laser emission unit which emits a line laser through a blind spot space, of the image capturing unit, directly in front of the vehicle onto a road surface to the far side from the blind spot space. The present invention can favorably reduce the detection of obstacles in a blind spot space, of a front sensing camera which is mounted in the driver compartment, directly in front of the vehicle, and can also minimize development, deployment, and maintenance costs.
