Abstract:
This vehicle steering wheel device comprises a housing 9 which holds an air bag cushion, a locking plate 8 which is provided on a rear surface 9d of the housing such that plate surfaces thereof overlap, and which has a damper unit assembled thereto, a coil spring which resiliently supports the locking plate, that overlaps the housing, on a steering wheel, and a bush 25 provided inserted through both the housing and the locking plate in order to fix the coil spring, wherein: the bush is locked and fixed to the locking plate using a first locking means; and the bush, fixed to the locking plate using the first locking means, is locked and fixed to the housing using a second locking means.
