Abstract:
A vehicular headlamp (1) comprises a plurality of light emitting elements (33) and a control unit (CO), wherein, if an object is positioned in front of a subject vehicle (100), the control unit (CO) decreases, in comparison with a case in which an object is not positioned in front of the subject vehicle (100), a light intensity of light from a portion of a light emitting unit, being light emitting elements (33d) to (33g) that illuminate a first region (91) with light having a higher luminous intensity than regions other than the first region (91), and a light intensity of light from another portion of the light emitting unit, being light emitting elements (33c) and (33h) that illuminate a second region (92) with light having a higher luminous intensity than regions other than the second region (92).
