Abstract:
Provided are: a vehicular wiring structure capable of ensuring a high waterproof performance without requiring a special water-stopping agent; and a production method therefor. This wiring structure comprises an in-vehicle electronic apparatus (2), and an electrical wire (4) for signaling connected to, and routed in a lower location than, the in-vehicle electronic apparatus (2). The electrical wire (4) for signaling has an insulation cover (20), and a core wire (10) configured from a plurality of wire strands (12, 14) which are twisted together. The insulation cover (20) has: a regular portion (22) confining the wire strands (12, 14) in the twisted together state in such a manner that the wire strands (12, 14) are in tight contact with each another; and a bulging portion (24) bulging further outward than the regular portion (22). Between the wire strands (12, 14) inside the bulging portion (24), a space is formed which is large compared to the space between the wire strands (12, 14) inside the regular portion (22).
