Disclosed is a ventilation and air-exchange device for purifying indoor air of a building. The ventilation and air-exchange device comprises a base, a first supporting seat, an air inlet compartment and a filtering assembly. The air inlet compartment is fixed on the base by means of the first supporting seat, the top of the air inlet compartment is connected to a top seat by means of a second supporting seat, and meshes are evenly distributed on the first supporting seat and the second supporting seat such that air at the upper portion and the lower portion of a room can enter the air inlet compartment, a side surface of the air inlet compartment is in communication with the filtering assembly, and the filtering assembly can filter the air in the air inlet compartment and blow the air and disperse same to the upper portion and the lower portion of the room by means of a first guide cylinder and a second guide cylinder, such that circulating filtering is achieved. The filtering assembly provided in the present invention can achieve secondary air filtering for a filter screen, thereby improving the filtering efficiency and the air quality.
