Abstract:
A ventilation casing according to the present disclosure is provided with a casing and a ventilation assembly. The casing is provided with a cylindrical protrusion that projects and extends from the outer surface and has, at the inside, a first space through which the interior and exterior of the casing are connected to each other. The ventilation assembly is provided with: an internal member that is a cylindrical body and that has openings at both end parts; a ventilation film that covers the opening at one of the end parts of the internal member; and an external member that is a bottomed cylindrical body and that is joined to the internal member in a state where the internal member is inserted from one end part side to the inside. The projection is inserted to the opening at the other end part of the internal member, and the inner peripheral surface of the internal member and the outer peripheral surface of the projection abut against each other, thus fixing to the projection. A second space serving as a ventilation path that connects the ventilation film and the outside of the ventilation assembly is provided inside the internal member, inside the external member, and/or between the internal member and the external member having been joined to each other. The height of the internal member is 6-10 mm. The ratio of the height of the internal member with respect to the height of the projection is 1.00-1.70. The ventilation casing according to the present disclosure has excellent moisture permeability at the interior and exterior of the casing, and can prevent the ventilation assembly from coming off the projection.
