A ventilation component 1a is provided with an inner member 10, a ventilation film 20, and an outer member 30. The inner member 10 has an open tube structure and has a protruding portion 11 on the outer circumferential surface of the open tube structure. The ventilation film 20 covers one opening of the inner member. The outer member 10 is formed as a closed tube structure and has a locking portion for locking the protruding portion 11 at the inner circumferential surface of the closed tube structure. The inner member 10 is secured to the outer member 30 in a state in which the inner member 10 is inserted into the interior of the outer member 30 and the outer member 30 locks the protruding portion 11 by means of a locking portion 33.
