The objective of the present invention is to provide a ventilation device in which the burden with respect to the work of setting functions of the ventilation device can be reduced. This ventilation device comprises a main body unit and a remote controller (24) which is an operation unit for operating the main body unit from a separate location. The main body unit has: an exhaust air blower (5) for sending air captured from the interior of a room to outside of the room; an air supply blower (6) for sending air captured from outside of the room to the interior of the room; and a control unit (9) that is equipped with a storage unit for storing setting information, and that controls driving of the exhaust air blower (5) and the air supply blower (6) in accordance with the setting information stored in the storage unit. The operation unit has: a reading unit to which an external storage medium in which setting information is stored can be attached, and which is capable of reading the setting information from the attached external storage medium; and a transmission unit for transmitting the setting information read by the reading unit to the main body unit. The storage unit stores the setting information transmitted by the transmission unit.
