Abstract:
This ventilation device comprises: a communication unit (55) that acquires environmental information relating to an outdoor environment; and a control unit (C) that performs any ventilation operation among a plurality of ventilation operations on the basis of the environmental information acquired by the communication unit (55), wherein the plurality of ventilation operations include an air supply operation for supplying outdoor air into a room, and an exhaust operation for discharging the air in the room to the outdoors.
