Abstract:
In a case where a first attachment fitting that is connected to an engine, a second attachment fitting that is attached to a vehicle body, and a vibration damping elastic body that links the first attachment fitting and the second attachment fitting are provided, and if an elastic leg that extends from the vibration damping elastic body is supported in Y-direction between vertical wall parts that are provided to the second attachment fitting and face each other when the static load direction of the engine is Z and two directions which are orthogonal to each other in a plane to which the Z direction is orthogonal are X and Y, Y-direction movement of the first attachment fitting can be regulated but X-direction movement cannot be regulated. If an attempt is made to regulate X-direction movement by extending a separate elastic leg in the X-direction, molding of the vibration damping elastic body would become difficult. In the present invention, a middle portion of opposing vertical wall parts (41) is made to have a curved recess surface, thereby providing enlarged recess portions (44) between the opposing vertical wall parts (41). In the enlarged recess portions (44), a projection part (50) that is provided to a first attachment fitting (20) is accommodated, and the projection part (50) is made to overlap the enlarged recess portions (44) in the X-direction, and X-direction movement of the first attachment fitting is thereby regulated. Because an X-direction elastic leg for regulating X-direction movement is not provided, molding of the vibration damping elastic body becomes possible by releasing a mold in the X-direction.
