Abstract:
A vibration device (10) comprises: a protective cover (11) that transmits light of a predetermined wavelength; a first cylindrical body (12) that holds the protective cover (11) at one end thereof; a plate-like leaf spring (13) that supports the other end of the first cylindrical body (12); a second cylindrical body (14) that supports, at one end thereof, a position of the leaf spring (13) on an outer side of a position of supporting the first cylindrical body (12); and a plurality of piezoelectric devices (15) that are disposed on a side face of the second cylindrical body (14) and that vibrate in a direction perpendicular to a direction of passing through the second cylindrical body (14).
