Abstract:
A vibration device (10) is provided with: a protection cover (11) that transmits light with a prescribed wavelength; a first cylindrical body (12) that holds the protection cover (11) by one end; a leaf spring (13) that supports the other end of the first cylindrical body (12); a second cylindrical body (14) that supports, by one end, the leaf spring (13) at a position outside the position where the first cylindrical body (12) is supported; and a vibrator (17) that is provided on the other end of the second cylindrical body (14) and vibrates in a penetration direction of the second cylindrical body (14).
