Abstract:
A plurality of vibration plates (4, 5, 6, 7) each include a laminated piezoelectric layer. The plurality of vibration plates (4, 5, 6, 7) are caused to warp and vibrate at respectively different resonance frequencies by expansion/contraction of the piezoelectric layer or by means of an external force. A housing (2) includes an internal space (2C) housing the plurality of vibration plates (4, 5, 6, 7), and a fixing portion (2D) fixing a part of each of the vibration plates (4, 5, 6, 7). The housing (2) transmits vibrations between the vibration plates (4, 5, 6, 7) and the outside via the fixing portion (2D).
