Title:
VIBRATION MOTOR, DRIVE DEVICE, LENS DEVICE, IMAGING DEVICE, AND FRICTION MEMBER MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/014133
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a vibration motor that can be reduced in variation of a natural vibration frequency due to processing. [Solution] A vibration motor (110) has a vibrating body (103) and a friction member (102) with which the vibrating body is made friction contact. The vibrating body and the friction member can relatively move in a linear manner. The friction member has a first surface facing the vibrating body and a second surface on the opposite side to the vibrating body. The first surface has a contact surface that makes contact with the vibrating body and a non-contact surface that does not make contact with the vibrating body. The second surface is formed with an uneven shape. When a direction in which the vibrating body and the friction member relatively move is defined as a first direction, a direction in which the vibrating body and the friction member touch each other as a second direction, and a direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction as a third direction, the friction member is configured so that the contact surface is higher in the second direction than the non-contact surface and the width of the contact surface is shorter in the third direction than the maximum width of the friction member.
