Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a video encoding method and apparatus, a video decoding method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The video encoding method comprises: acquiring a video image, wherein the video image is at least one frame of an image of a video (110); and performing weighted predictive encoding on the video image, so as to generate an image code stream, wherein at least one set of weighted predictive identification information and parameters are used for the weighted predictive encoding (120).
