Abstract:
A video encoding/decoding method and device are provided. A video decoding method according to the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: generating an inter prediction block for a current block on the basis of a reference block corresponding to the current block and existing in a reference picture; generating an intra prediction block for the current block on the basis of at least one of at least one reference block adjacent to the current block, an intra prediction mode list, a first region adjacent to the current block, an MPM list of the current block, and a reconstructed reference pixel adjacent to the current block; and generating a combined inter intra prediction (CIIP) prediction block of the current block by performing weighted averaging of the inter prediction block and the intra prediction block.
