Abstract:
A video processing system (10) comprises: an image quality control unit (11) that controls the image quality of an observation region including a target to be observed in a video input to the video processing system (10); a recognition unit (12) that performs recognition processing relating to an object included in the video for which the image quality of the observation region is controlled by the image quality control unit (11); and an extraction unit (13) that, on the basis of a temporal change in the recognition results of the recognition processing performed by the recognition unit (12), extracts the target to be observed included in the observation region controlled by the image quality control unit (11).
