Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of photographing, and provides a video recording method and an electronic device. In the video recording process of an electronic device, if a user considers that a captured picture involves privacy, the user can trigger a picture shielding button on a photographing interface displayed by the electronic device. In response to the trigger operation, the electronic device removes private content on a preview image acquired by a camera. At this time, the electronic device still keeps a recording state. If the user considers that a sound acquired by a microphone involves privacy, the user can trigger a sound shielding button on the photographing interface. In response to the trigger operation, the electronic device removes private content in the sound acquired by the microphone. At this time, the electronic device still keeps the recording state. Therefore, in the video recording process, the electronic device can directly remove privacy information involved in the recorded content, and the recording state will not be affected, so that a finally obtained video is complete and does not contain privacy information.
