Abstract:
Provided are: a viewing angle control film having a substrate and, on at least one surface of the substrate, an optically transparent part and a light absorbing part, wherein the light absorbing part contains a metal; a display device comprising the viewing angle control film; and a method for producing the viewing angle control film, said method preferably comprising, in the order given, a step for forming a photosensitive resin layer on a substrate, a step for exposing the photosensitive resin layer, a step for developing the exposed photosensitive resin layer and removing the unexposed parts, a step for forming a metal pattern using a plating treatment, a step for removing the photosensitive resin layer, and a step for carrying out a blackening treatment on the exposed metal pattern.
