Abstract:
The present application discloses a virtual character control method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic device. The method comprises: running a first game task; displaying an equipment container configuration recommendation control corresponding to a target virtual character among multiple second virtual characters in a task result interface of the first game task; in response to an operation executed on the equipment container configuration recommendation control, adding a target equipment container configuration used by the target virtual character in the first game task to an equipment container configuration list of a current user account; in response to a selection operation on the target equipment container configuration in the equipment container configuration list, using the target equipment container configuration as a current equipment container configuration of the current user account; running a second game task; and controlling a first virtual character to use the current equipment container configuration to participate in the second game task. In this case, the complex understanding and operation burdens are eliminated, and the acquisition efficiency of virtual props is improved.
