Abstract:
A visitor management device 1 comprises: an identification information acquiring unit 11 that acquires biometric information of a visitor to a building; an evaluation value acquiring unit 12 that acquires respective evaluation values for the visitor by residents residing in the building; an integration unit 15 that generates an integrated evaluation value by integrating the respective evaluation values by each of the residents; a storage unit 13 in which the biometric information corresponding to the visitor and the integrated evaluation value corresponding to the visitor are stored in association with each other; and a provision unit 14 that provides, to the residents residing in the building, the integrated evaluation value which is stored in the storage unit 13 and which corresponds to the visitor.
