Abstract:
A visitor management device 1 comprises: an identification information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring visitor identification information of a visitor to a building; an evaluation value acquisition unit 12 for acquiring an evaluation value with respect to the visitor by a resident who resides in the building; a storage unit 13 for storing the visitor identification information corresponding to the visitor and the evaluation value corresponding to the visitor, in association with each other; and a providing unit 14 for providing, to another building different from the building, the visitor identification information and evaluation value stored in association with each other in the storage unit 13.
