Abstract:
A visitor-proof device installed at an entrance having a door opening to an indoor side, allowing to check a visitor by slightly opening the door, and capable of surely preventing the visitor from intruding indoors, wherein a cylindrical body (6) is buried in an entrance floor surface (5) near the door (1) formed to open to the indoor side, and a slider (7) is stored in the cylindrical body (6) capable of moving to two positions, that are, a down position where the upper end thereof is held at a same height as that of the entrance floor surface to allow the opening/closing of the door (1) and an up position where the upper end of the slider (7) is held at a position higher than the lower end face of the door (1) to restrict the opening angle of the door (1). The height of the slider (7) is restricted by a spring and a hook incorporated therein. The switching of the height of the slider (7) can be performed by a single operation.
