Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of voltage controlled oscillation, and provides a voltage controlled oscillator and a control method thereof, and a P2P interface circuit and an electronic device. The voltage controlled oscillator comprises N stages of delay units, each stage of delay unit comprising a first inverter, a second inverter, a third inverter and a fourth inverter, wherein the second inverter and the third inverter are both electrically connected to a frequency control end, respectively; and under the control of the frequency control end, whether to activate the second inverter and the third inverter is controlled.
