Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of clothing material, and in particular to a vortex-based even coloring assembly for environmentally friendly dip dyeing of clothing, comprising a coloring mechanism. A dyeing pool is arranged at the bottom of the coloring mechanism, a buffering base is arranged in a central portion of the coloring mechanism, an agitation plate is fixedly connected to the outside of the buffering base, and a rotating wheel is fixedly connected to the outside of the agitation plate. In the vortex-based even coloring assembly for environmentally friendly dip dyeing of clothing, by means of the cooperation of a vortex block and a heating chamber, a vortex is generated inside the vortex block. On the basis of the principle of vortex heating, it may thus be seen that the vortex block is heated each time the block enters the heating chamber, thereby operating together with the thermally conductive material properties of the agitation plate and the rotating wheel, causing the liquid in the dyeing pool to be heated, thereby increasing the activity of dye particles, thus causing the dyeing of the clothing material to be more even, and thereby also reducing dye waste, causing clothing material dyeing processing to be more environmentally friendly.
